Looking for an alternative to a day on the slopes? Cross-country skiing is a great way to get exercise while enjoying the outdoors. Strapping on a pair of cross country skis grants access to some of the most idyllic scenes St. Anton has to offer. A simple pair of skinny skis can launch you into thickets of snow-laden trees at Verwall Valley and to silent white meadows and tracks running parallel to Rosanna River.
Nordic skiing is a wonderful opportunity to really appreciate the natural beauty and winter wonderland. Glide along heavenly cross country ski tracks in our mountain wilderness. Breathe the crisp mountain air and marvel at some of nature’s most awe-inspiring handiwork. Arlberg Area provides a vast array of terrain for exploring the grandeur and peacefulness of the high country on a breathtaking network of groomed trails. Tracks are laid for both classic traditional and skate skiing.
The St. Anton Trail network is made up of 40 kilometers of stunning cross country ski tracks begging to be explored. They have been awarded the Seal of Approved Quality by the Provincial Government of Tyrol.
