Our priority is to have your room or apartment ready from 3:00pm with a host of thoughtful touches and comforts. Please check with reception if you should arrive later than 8:00pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00am to enable us to get ready for the next guest. 

40% of the total amount at the time of reservation. You can pay the deposit with bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Our eye-opening breakfast buffet is served daily from 07:30am to 10:00am in the Alpenleben Breakfast Room. Breakfast is included in your room rate. Alpenleben Apartment guests can enjoy breakfast for an additional charge.

Pets are not allowed in Winter in our Hotel.

In Summer, we allow dogs on request for a fee of € 15.00 per night.

Guests of the Alpenleben Hotel will enjoy complimentary wireless Internet access (WLAN) in all areas.

Cribs and high chairs can be arranged for guests. Please advise the hotel in advance, if possible. While you are enjoying all that the Alpenleben Hotel and St. Anton have to offer, qualified and reliable babysitters are available to provide childcare.

Parking is free for guests in our private car park next to the Hotel.

Please note that we are a non-smoking property! Smoking is only permitted on our exterior balconies next to the appropriate urns or elsewhere outdoors.

For your convenience, you can buy your ski pass directly from our reception desk.

We offer complimentary ski storage where you can stow away your gear nightly. The equipment lockers can accommodate skis or boards and dry your boots.

Winter season cancellation conditions:

Please note that the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Thus, we calculate in case of cancellation.

• Up to 31 days before arrival free cancellation
• From 30 days until 8 days before arrival 70 %
• Within the last 7 days before arrival 100%

This also applies to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.

Summer season cancellation conditions:

Please note that the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Thus, we calculate in case of cancellation.

• Up to 15 days before arrival free cancellation
• From 14 days until 8 days before arrival 70 %
• Within the last 7 days before arrival 100%

This also applies to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Please remember your credit card limit!
