Cancellation conditions
Please note that the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Thus, we calculate in case of cancellation:
Winter cancellation conditions
- Up to 31 days before arrival free cancellation
- From 30 days up to 8 days before arrival 70%
- Within the last 7 days before arrival 100% this also applies to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.
Summer cancellation conditions
- Up to 15 days before arrival free cancellation
- From 14 days up to 8 days before arrival 70%
- Within the last 7 days before arrival 100% this also applies to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.
