Catering

The prices of the apartments are self catering. Breakfast charge for apartments per day 
Winter: € 17.00 for adults and kids older than 13 years, € 10,00 for kids up to 12 years
Summer: € 12.00 for adults and kids older than 13 years, € 8,00 for kids up to 12 years

Payment Options

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Please remember your credit card limit! 

Deposit/Prepayment

40% of the total amount at the time of reservation. You can pay the deposit with bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Winter cancellation conditions:

Please note that the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Thus, we calculate in case of cancellation. 

• Up to 31 days before arrival free cancellation
• From 30 days until 8 days before arrival 70 %
• Within the last 7 days before arrival 100% this also applies to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.

Summer cancellation conditions:

• From 14 days until 8 days before arrival 70 %
